A partnership of three ophthalmologists (eyes) and three otolaryngologists (ear, nose, and throat) will soon open the 9,000-SF Lakeside Surgery Center in Springdale. The doctors are joining the trend in which outpatient surgeries are performed in physician-owned facilities that promise lower costs and a better patient experience than in traditional hospitals.
